Hi Yap, I create text files from VMTK containing XYZ coordinates and GroupIDs of the elements of my surfaces by appending:
<yourcodegoeshere> --pipe vmtksurfacewriter -f pointdata -ofile filename.txt That creates an ASCII text file of my results in space-delimited column format (variable names as the first row), which can then be read into Matlab using the importdata function. Hope this helps, Ian On 01/10/2012 06:16 PM, Yap, Choon Hwai wrote: > Hi, > > I'll like to get help with outputting group ids and tract ids after > processing with vmtkbranchextractor for processing with matlab. > > Can someone help? > > Thanks! > > Regards, > Yap > > ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ > Write once.
