I get back to you at last. I tried reproducing your problem in several ways on
my
virtual XP box, but I wasn't successful.
Can you please try downloading this package and installing it:
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5555
and then trying re-run pypepad?
