However, I’d like to give a another try about your suggestion if there is a

Hi Chaolu,
the error message suggests that your CMake didn't locate the include
directory for python properly, which is odd since
it is in a standard location.
My guess (but please confirm) is that your previously complied VTK 5.10.0
didn't have Python wrappers turned on, so
vmtk didn't inherit the location of the path. Is this the case? If so,
you'll need to compile VTK with Python wrappers turned
on, and then move on to vmtk.
Or just rebuild the whole thing from vmtk using SUPERBUILD ON.
