Hi Vikram,
You could try this:
vmtksurfacereader -ifile /home/vm308/catheter.vtp --pipe vmtkcenterlines
-seedselector openprofiles -ofile catheter_cl.dat
It should give you the coordinates of the centerline points in a
human-readable format.
