So...things are largely proceeding well with my meshing workflow.
However, on some surfaces (generally Left Anterior Descending coronary 
arteries (LADs), which often have 5+ branches), 1 outlet will wind up 
excluded when I get to the point of running fluent for analysis on the 
vessel.

Specifically, when it is initially cataloging the surfaces at the start, 
it will state that it is "Skipping zone surface10 (not referenced by 
grid)." (or some other number).

Does anyone have any experience with this/idea what might cause it? I've 
seen this with fixed edge length, and with radius-adaptive meshes, so 
I'm not even sure I can blame one or the other.  My triangulations that 
I feed into vmtkmeshgenerator are smooth manifolds, so that would seem 
an unlikely culprit.  Not sure what I can do to resolve this, but any 
insight would be very much appreciated; I should have time to dig into 
this in a couple days, but could use some help in figuring it all out.
