Hello Haibin,
currently vmtk relies on ITK 3.18, but soon we'll move to ITK 4 (the port has
already been done).
You can find the latest version of the ITK applications here:
http://www.itk.org/ITK/resources/applications.html
They most certainly rely on ITK 4.
