Hi Haibin,
Windows doesn't have a LD_LIBRARY_PATH environment variable. Instead, set
everything to PATH.
By the way, you should find a recently added file in the vmtk-build/VMTK-build
directory called
vmtk_startup.bat. vmtk should start if you double click on that. This shouldn't
require to set any
environment variables.
I'd be very interested to know if this works for you, in this case I'll change
the instructions on the website.
