Dear Haibin,
Use the vmtkrenderer script and then vmtksurfaceviewer for each surface.
You can set opacity in case the second surface is inside the first one (for
example a centerline)
vmtkrenderer --pipe vmtksurfaceviewer -ifile sup1.vtp -opacity 0.25 --pipe
vmtksurfaceviewer -ifile sup2.vtp
Press 'q' to go further to the second rendering.
