Hello vmtk-users,
I can use vmtk to compute the centerlines of vessels now. The only thing
I need to do is to type the following in pypepad ---"vmtkcenterlines -ifile
E:\\zbuild\\fengeguli.vtp -ofile E:\\zbuild\\fengegulicenter_4.vtp --pipe
vmtkrenderer --pipe vmtksurfaceviewer -ifile E:\\zbuild\\fengeguli.vtp
-opacity 0.25 --pipe vmtksurfaceviewer -ifile
E:\\zbuild\\fengegulicenter_4.vtp". Is there a way that the program can be
operated in vs2010 but not on the pypepad?
Thanks,
haibin
