the error doesn't occur on my hand. Just in order to understand what's going
on, do you get
partial results written out to the file at all?
What you could do is locate the vmtkmeshwriter.py file in
[vmtk-install-location]/lib/vmtk/vmtk
and scatter a few prints here and there in the WriteLifeVMeshFile method. The
writer is all there,
there's no C++ counterparts so it shouldn't be too messy to debug.
