Hi Vincent,
the boundary layer code in vmtk is being revamped as soon as we have it fully
tested.
The code that is right now in vmtk suffers from self-intersections in a few
regions, which
prevents the tetrahedral mesh generator to succeed.
What you can do at the moment is:
a) avoid using boundary layers
b) specify a -thicknessfactor (in the vmtkmeshgenerator script) that is lower
than the default (which is 0.25)
