Hello I have question to post I have segmented the right artery some how in vmtk by selecting VOI first but for viewing it in Matlab i have converted my levelsets.vti file into .nrrd format and then i read that .nrrd file in Matlab. This time the shape of artery was fine as it was in vmtk but i really dont understand about the dimensions.The dimensions which i got they are 346*374*172 although the dimension of original volumes are 512*512*304.
I want to compare my segmented result (which i did in Matlab) with the one that i have got in vmtk but i am unable to do it because of dimensions. Please help me in this regard. Thanks in advance Waiting for your kind response
