There's one other tool that is similar to what Chris Stoermer has. Nathan Hartley in the WSH newsgroup recently posted a script and a reg file he uses for an on-demand VNC server. I haven't had much chance to use it yet, but the idea is to distribute the software without actually installing it. When someone needs interactive help, they can simply click a script link on the local system to install the service. When done, it can be automatically removed.
