I am trying to figure out if I can use VNC to connect to a Linux box from a Thin Client (that is a very small PC without hard disk, some RAM and Compact Flash as storage for the OS (& VNC).
The programs are running on the Linux server.
I need that each user login to the server with his own login / password and get so his screen back.
e.g. VNC to linux.com:1 login as peter / xxxxx
e.g. VNC to linux.com:2 login as mary / xxxxx
VNC servers should be started dynamic, if user log out, delete the session, otherwise open a new session for a new login name.
Can I do that ???Setup the unix / linux site as on http://www.sourcecodecorner.com/articles/vnc/linux.aspThen have your clients run the vncviewer just as you like. I've read on the list about a viewer that runs from a M$Dos prompt on a 486.
bye
