Well, you could go to the supplier and just ask what X11 version they need
and which extentions. Then come back here and see if Xvnc includes them. I
don't know if Xvnc is a recent X11 version (X11R6.3?). I can imagine that
Xvnc has no extentions above the base (no optional extentions).


If possible, you can try to setup http://xf4vnc.sourceforge.net/ (on a linux
machine) and see if that can display the app.

What if the app displays on a PC with Xserver like Exceed (configured with
an other display number than :0.0)
