I'm running VNC over a T1 based LAN. A few machines (maybe 1 in 20) are having horrible speed issues. It is on the magnitude of 20 to 1 speed difference. The mouse only refreshes once a second, screen paints are slow enough that I could draw faster. An alternate screen sharing program (proxy) has absolutely no problems on the same machine. There isn't anything stand out about the machine either. The same identical machine next to it runs fine.
