Hi, again!! I just forget the real question...
Does anyone knows if exist (or where i can get) an VNC cliente for 16bit machines?? Context: I'm owner (and poweruser) of an HP-200LX PalmtopPC Tech. Info: 80C186 (just like an i286 but w/o protected mode) FULL CGA Compatible monochrome LCD screen 640 kb RAM Main (2Mb - 640Kb) as hardware RAMDRIVE C: ROMDRIVE w/ MSDOS 5.0 , Lotus 1-2-3, Poquet Quicken and some other PIM utilities. PCMCIA type II slot (PCCARD type I) aka 16bit PCcard. Where I put: a CF card (64Mb) as A: drive or an Ethernet 10/100... And I WANT to be able to open/use an VNCserver with this. I read about Palm Implementation and it's requiere serve side scaling... This can help to reduce bandwidth but also CPU load on this computer. I bring may full help on wathever i can if anyone wants to port DOS VNCviewer to this platform. Alpha & beta testing also w/ PCMCIA modem for dialup connections. I'm microcontroller user/programmer and I have asm and C knowledge, I can also help. If anyone is interested, feel free to write me. THANKS Juan Belmonte (Sorry for my bad english) _______________________________________________ VNC-List mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.realvnc.com/mailman/listinfo/vnc-list
