You might be able to use Microsuck Netmeeting to share the app you want to share. The client will see the app window on his/her desktop and that's all. The host has control of user controls. I hope this helps.

This is the requirements I argued for so badly. It seems there are some
patch (support) for the reverse. MultiVNC just supports multiple monitor
for
a single vncviewer. But there is no support to Divide a single Desktop to
multiple vncviewer.
Sharing a single window to multiple vnc client is a very good idea for
large
graphical work. Still there is no support to a vnc client to specify which
portion (Say left=0, top=0, width=420, height=300 etc) of Server Desktop
