If you are running Microsoft Windows 95 or later you can use the 
following workaround:

1. associate the .vnc file extension with the viewer application: 
   vncviewer -register 
2. create a folder to store the .vnc files. 
3. in the desktop create a *shortcut* to the folder created in
   step 2.
4. a) connect to the VNC server 
   b) save connection info as a file with .vnc extension (be 
   aware that any password will be also saved) on the folder
   created in step 2.  
5. repeat step 4 for each server. 

Now, to connect to a certain server open the folder in the 
desktop and double-click the corresponding .vnc file.
