Dear All,

I searched the archive for a resolution to this problem, so if this is a
repeat and I missed the solution, my apologies in advance...

We have installed VNC 3.3.3R9 on several WIN2K Pro machines and cannot connect
to the VNC Server until the user logs in. The client receives a "VNC
Authentication Failed" message. The VNC Service is using the Local System
Account to startup and appears to be running, as you get the password dialog
box. There is a default password assigned to the server, which works properly
when a user is logged in.

I have checked the config, reassigned the default password, with no success.
The same version of VNC installed on a WIN2K Server does not show this error.

Any help would be appreciated,

Dan
