I posted this the other day:

Without an external program you can't. You can however run a registry file
containing the following:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\ORL\WinVNC3\Default]
"AllowProperties"=dword:00000000
"AllowShutdown"=dword:00000000
"Password"=hex: (your passwrod in hex)

This will set WinVNC to load without the options when right clicked upon
(i.e can not view the options or close it) It will also set the password so
you will not have to type it each time you install it on a machine.

You can set the password once on the first machine you install on and then
view the hex for it from the registry and copy & paste it, or even export
it. Hope this helps.

Subject: Hiding the tray icon

I've seen a post on this before but can't seem to place it.
I need to hide the sys tray icon. I recall installing a few .dll files,
but I have recently seen regedits to accomplish the same.
