I'm not sure what you are asking.  I believe you are trying to connect to
machines running VNC behind an ADSL router from the internet.  If that is
the case you need to configure your router to forward ports from the
internet to the PC.  For example you have:

Server1 at internal address 192.168.0.1 - Running VNC on display :0
Server2 at internal address 192.168.0.2 - Running VNC on display :1

You would need to then set your router to forward port 5900 from the outside
to 192.168.0.1:5900 and port 5901 to 192.168.0.2:5902.

For a primer on configuring your broadband router for different software see

some details (like what router you are using) someone might be able to give
you specific instructions.
