Not trying to start a flame war, but I haven't had any issues with any of
the WinNT Service Packs and VNC.  There may be some issues of installing
TCP/IP and not re-applying the Service Pack, though.  It's always good
practice that if you install anything from the original CD to re-apply the
Service Pack BEFORE rebooting.
