What is a trigger port and a > trigger type? > > cu Michael I'm not familiar with the USR8000A in particular, but you will not be able to use this "Special Applications" to get VNC to work. Since it is asking for a "Trigger Port" that section is used for things that send data out of the network first. An example is ICQ. It sends out info on a port first, then expects data back. You should have a different section about "Port Forwarding" or possibly "Server Applications". It will ask you for an IP address and port and that is all.
