Tightvnc...

Can someone send me a re-compiled tightvnc.exe that automatically runs in 8 bit 
restricted mode?    (connection options; restrict pixels to 8-bit(for slow 
networks)  I need to create the MSI and can't just add the \8bit to the end of 
the executable.  Thank you all in advance, I appreciate it.
