Dear all,

Please, help me to find a solution to this problem, I'm really disappointed
with this kind of bug:
I've installed WinVNC in a Win2K SP3 machine. The install process was a
success. After it I asked to install VNC as a service, then I gave it a
Default Password and also all user's passwords and finally I merged default
settings into the registry. After a reboot, what a surprise: service was not
started. It was there, but status was empty. Some people told me the problem
was the default password, but I checked it with regedit several times, it
was there and was correct. After repeat the whole process one hundred times
I moved to eSVNC. And... what a surprise! there was no default settings to
config, until reboot, when program opens a dialog asking for the default
password. Great, I said. I put a password in the empty space and then
configured all user's password. After restart, the service was running, but
I CAN'T CONNECT UNTIL MANUALLY STOP THE SERVICE AND START IT AGAIN. I have
to do this just every time machine is turned off. Same kind of problem with
tightVNC.

Any help is welcome,

Bernhard Georg Enders.
