Some people tinker with the other's PC and either they alter the VNC settings
ort exit the VNC application.

1. Install VNC as a service.
2. Start Service
3. DO NOT start service helper.

Note  this will only work in Win NT4/2000/XP. As I say why do you need
to  view the desktop without the users' knowledge? As they will notice
a performance drop in the PC when you connect, also it encourages
distrust amongst your users.
