I also tried version 3.3.3R9 with the same results. It seems that pc's that
had earlier versions
and have been upgraded to more recent versions. I tried it on PC's that have
never had VNC installed before
and they work fine, able to connect to locked workstations.

In addition to the other suggestions, you might try using a newer version.
Version 3.3.3R9 is the newest, and I personally use it with Win2k Pro.  No
info as far as Win2k compatibility in the changelog between the two
versions, though.
