Register the pc with some name at DynDNS.org, DNS2GO or some place like that (DNS2GO has client software as well). Install the client software on that PC in the LAN and run it. This PC can be accessed with the name you regsitered with the Dynamic DNS service provider. You will type in somename like "johndoe.dsn2go.com:" in the VNCviewer from other PC and locations. If you use the browser to access the PC, you will type same name like http://johndoe.dns2go.com:5800. Make sure you started the VNCserver on the PC has the name dynamic dns service running.
