Nautilus must want to open on display :0.

Does it accept a "-display" or "--display" option on the command line?  If
it does, tell it where you want it to display (e.g., your.machine.name:1).

If it doesn't accept the display option, you might be stuck.  I hope
someone else can help.  I know we've been through this issue in the past
with other programs.
