It has been several months since I used it, but my recollection is yes, it provides remote control of a WinCE device, either through the USB/cradle connection, or TCP/IP if the Pocket PC has Ethernet or WiFi installed. I can tell you that this program enables a Windows desktop to display the contents of the WinCE screen, and I think (this is the part where my memory is hazy) do input as well, in effect remote controlling it.
