Greetings, As far as I can tell, creating a silent install is the same as 3.3.3r9 except that the usual install switches don't work. I've tried to build an iss file using the -r switch (worked on 3.3.3r9) and the install ignores the switch and runs normally. Since I have been unable to find any documentation on InstallShield about new/changed switches, I'm guessing that the install for 3.3.4 was not created with InstallShield. Unfortunately, there are no markings anywhere during the install or in the properties of the exe to indicate what program was used to create the install.
So if anyone figures out what program was used, it shouldn't take very long to create a silent install and then create the usual batch file with the silent install and related registry settings.
