<ctrl><c> is one of the keys in the <alt><tab> and <ctrl><alt><delete>
range: They are captured by the local machine. The vncviewer is 'just an
other application' and does not receive the <ctrl><c> keyboard actions so
it cannot pass them.

Most modern window systems (includint M$windows and X11 windowmanagers) use
<ctrl><c> for a copy to the clipboard.

btw: What did you expect <ctrl><c> to do?

I've read the current realvnc (http://www.realvnc.com) has an option to
define such keymappings in the menu (some of them are already there). And
these menu entries can be activated with other keymappings. Hence it is
possible to define function-keys <F1> trough <F12> for these keys.

The backspace key shoud work properly.
