I recently upgraded from 3.3.3 to the new 3.3.4 VNC release and one old problem has stuck with me, and a new one has cropped up. I'm hoping someone here can suggest a fix for me.
I use x2vnc to connect from my FreeBSD machine to my Win2K machine. With my previous install of WinVNC (3.3.3r9, I think), I was able to copy & paste between the two without issue. Now that I've upgraded to 3.3.4, I can copy and paste from FreeBSD to Windows, but I can't go the other way around. Has anybody else seen this? If not, do you have any idea where I can start troubleshooting this issue? The problem that has been with me from the beginning -- and which is really only a minor annoyance mentioned here simply because I'm already asking another question -- is the inability to hold down the shift key and use the arrow keys on the keyboard to highlight text in Windows applications. (I never realized how often I do this, until the ability was taken away...) Any thoughts on this problem?
