Hey there, I have two suggestions. You can use poll full screen (depending on the connection speed this might be the best), change it from default settings on the server. Or Just request a screen update.

The PC is configured to do native 802.1X authentication using the MD-5 Challenge method. The problem I'm having is that a pop-up balloon icon is supposed to appear above the system tray/taskbar in XP which prompts the user to enter username/password credentials for authentication. The icon appears on the screen of the remote PC, but when viewing the desktop using VNC on my own PC, it's invisible. If you know approximately where it supposed to appear, you can click in that general area and the log-in window will appear, but for those who may not know this (students using our Remote Access Lab), they would never be aware that they're being prompted. Anybody have any experience or ideas with this? Thanks.
