Hello, I have a CISCO 675 ADSL modem and a Netgear MR314 Wireless Router.
We are trying to use VNC for remote desktop support. Currently I can connect to other computers over the internet, however no one can connect to my machine. The DSL modem is connected to the Netgear Router and my desktop is connected to the router. Do I have to open up any ports on the DSL or the Netgear Router?
