Both the Cisco 675 and the Netgear are routers, but I'm guessing that the wireless router is probably running in bridging mode, and therefore doesn't count. =) If you're using a Cisco 675 then you're probably running with NAT. In that case, you'll need to add an inbound entry for your machine on the Cisco, so that it knows where to forward the incoming connections it gets on that port. Login to the Cisco and type "show nat" to see if it's enabled and whatnot.
