Wish I could be more precise on this, but the end users reporting the trouble were even less clear...
Yesterday I was doing a demo for 2 clients. I allowed remote keyboard and mouse control, and they were both connecting through the Java Viewer. 4 times in two hours, the viewers received a java error which ended their connections at the same time. I noticed that the connections dropped, but they were unaware for a period of about 20 seconds... they said that could see the screen, but nothing was happening. Simple enough just to have them refresh and log back in, but I'd rather not have our demo crash 4 times per client. Anyone else getting results like this? Anyone have a fix for it?
