Part of problem lies with your IP settings. Use these: iMac: ip: 192.168.0.2 subnet 255.255.255.0 <leave others blank>
G4: ip: 192.168.0.3 subnet 255.255.255.0 <leave others blank> Now make sure you have a proper newtork connection between the two machines. If you are using wired networking, and have a hub, you will need two standard ethernet cables. Plug one into the iMac, one into the G4. Then plug both wires into the hub. If you don't have a hub, you will need a crossover cable. Plug the single cable into both machines. If you are using Airport, just select it as your interface, and create a peer-to-peer network. I obviously have to take a lot for granted here. -----Original Message----- From: Tobias Huber [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] hello, please tell me EXACTLY how to do. _______________________________________________ VNC-List mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.realvnc.com/mailman/listinfo/vnc-list
