127.0.0.1 is called the loopback address.  It is a dummy address that always
means the local machine.  You need to establish a TCP/IP connection between
the machines in order to use VNC.  I don't know if this is possible via
Activesync or if you need to get a network card.  A Google search should
help you find info.
