Hi, Wasn't there some talk vnc on win xp?
I might have the same problem - I can't access a computer running win xp, sitting on another subnet. Accessing the vnc-server from xp til 2k is ok. It's the other way around that just own't work. I checked to see if the built-in firewall was on, but couldn't where to check it. At least the network settings showed that all ports were allowed trafficking. When scanning the xp-box, only port 25 and 110 were open. Port 5800/5900 weren't. No switch-rules or anything similar are setup AFAIK. I'm at a loss. What to do now??
