I have a customer that runs NT4 WorkStation (SP6a with an S3 video chip set) with a POS system. It is also running NetOP so that the POS software vendor can access and manage the system over a dial in modem. (http://www.netop.com). We are not allowed to touch the running NetOp installation, but also want to enable VNC (3.3.4) so that we can manage the network/system remotely via an IPSec VPN connection.
The service appears to be running, but is simply acting deaf when we attempt to connect to it. We have another system at the same site running NT4 Server. We can connect to that system just fine, but it is not running NetOp. Your experiences would be wonderful to hear.
