The registry key for the default password is as follows, [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ORL\WinVNC3\Default] "Password"=hex:f2,96,9a,*,*,*,*,*
Set the password on your machine and export the above key into a reg file. Then import the key to the clients registries.
