This is a M$Windows machine i guess. If it works, depends on details like which M$Windows and how you installed vnc. Once you have access with a vncviewer to your machine, you can send fancy key-presses like <ctrl><alt><delete> from the menu. You can find the menu with the right mouse button at the window title or with <F8> An other way is to include the <shift> key with the keypress. However, for the <ctrl><alt><delete> this might be a little hard...
