Hi guys, I'm having problems connecting to an XP machine when it is idle. When the user logs on I can see the machine immediately, however when the target machine is being used by someone under a different username or profile, the only screen I see is a blank black screen. No matter how much I attempt to refresh, the screen is still blank. This also happens when the target machine is on the "welcome" screen. Please help! I know the server is running on that machine as it always allows me to connect to it..it's just the blank screen problem. I'm running the latest version of RealVNC and I'm running XP connecting via broadband to another machine on the internet..again on broadband. It mainly runs ok but the blank screen is driving me mad! Oh and it's running on port 5900 on trusted ip's.
