I have seen the same thing. Don't know why but when you press shift a
couple of times the mouse returns to normal.

Subject: R: 1 click highlights everything

Hi Daniel!

I've encountered the same problem under WindowsNT. It usually happens
when I
try to connect on a remote machione just after it has been rebooted and
disappears after a while.
