Hi,
I need to set a value to disconnect idle VNC sessions after a certain time.
I found this on the website,
(http://www.uk.research.att.com/vnc/winvnc.html), but have not been able to
get it working.

**********************************
IdleTimeout
This setting tells WinVNC how many seconds a connected VNC client may remain
idle for (no input events or update requests) before being disconnected. If
this setting is not specified or is set to zero then no timeout is enforced.
Local or Global per-user setting
**********************************

The following are the (I hope) relevant excerpts from the registry, JohnnyP
being the user currently logged in on the server where VNC is running.

(Current User registry entry from JohnnyP on VNC Server)
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ORL\WinVNC3]
"IdleTimeout"=dword:0000000a

HKLM Registry entries from VNC Server.
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ORL\WinVNC3\Default]
"IdleTimeout"=dword:0000000a

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ORL\WinVNC3\JohnnyP]
"IdleTimeout"=dword:0000000a

Thanks for any assistance, I am sure it is glaringly obvious, but I just
can't get it working.

regards,

Conor
