RT> Any ideas ? I guess you have the screen saver activated and locked by a password? If YES, just remove "Lock with password" and if possible, remove the screen saver too. If removed these two options on my NT4 Servers and now, all is right ( I use TightVNC 1.2.4 / 1.2.6 ).
