To All:

We have installed the latest version of RealVNC as I have worked with earlier versions 
and am quite happy with it.

Anyway, we installed the VNCServer onto a W2K machine but we can only gain access to 
this W2K server if someone is logged on.  If the server is in the CTRL-ALT-DEL mode or 
screen, we receive an error message stating VNC Authentication Failed.  Yet, if I 
physically log onto the server and then try connecting from the client, BOOM, it works.

I thought VNC worked even if no one was logged onto the physical server.  Any help 
would be greatly appreciated!
