It is now. It doesn't show up with too many applications because they do their own cr/lf mangling. I've only found it go wrong with Notepad so far. Incidentally, it was a bug in 3.3.3r9 as well. Which version of 3.3.3 did it work with?
It is fixed in 3.3.5, which should be along in the next week or so. www.realvnc.com/3.3.4-known-bugs.html shows the status of bug fixes.
